When it comes to achieving long-term health and fitness success, one of the single most-important factors is having a support system. Without a support system to hold you accountable, push you to stay motivated, and lift you up when you are feeling discouraged, it is all too easy to fall into a fitness slump – or off the wagon completely.
Here at Creed, we have seen this to be true time-and-time again. This is why it’s so important that we cultivate a gym environment in which our trainers and members become a family. Our name is our philosophy! We know that the more people you have actively engaged in supporting your fitness efforts, the more likely you are to stick with the process, and reap the benefits.
We believe it is important for our clients to periodically take a step back to assess their progress and plan for future success. With that belief in mind, we have implemented a new service for our group-training clients. In a group class setting, getting one-on-one feedback and advice is not always feasible, but because we know that that extra support is crucial, we will now be conducting Face-to-Face Meetings intermittently with each group client.
During these meetings, group clients will sit down one-on-one with one of our Trainers to discuss programming, progress, any nutritional/dietary concerns, and just life in general – we want to know what’s going on in your world so that we can celebrate the highs with you, as well as support you through the lows. YOU and your health matter to us – physical, emotional, spiritual, etc.! We firmly believe these meetings will be a huge benefit to our group clients. They will provide a little push when energy or motivation are lacking, help clients overcome any plateaus or setbacks and remain accountable, and give every member of Team Creed the tools needed to succeed!
