Personal Group Training
Our personalized group training classes help you exceed your fitness goals by expertly balancing perfect technique and high intensity workouts. Expert Creed coaches instruct, encourage, and motivate you through each phase of the training process.
Workouts change daily to keep you interested and push you to break through plateaus. Our functional exercises maximize results in the shortest time possible and will help the current exerciser squeeze out even more results from their efforts. At the same time, each exercise can be easily modified to meet you where you’re at if you’ve been inactive and are starting from scratch.
Accountability and a strong support system are the keys to sticking with any fitness program, and at Creed, we take this responsibility seriously. When you join Creed, you aren’t just another face who comes and goes. You become part of a community that encourages and supports one another to live the happiest and most fulfilling life possible.
We believe that “a three stranded cord is not easily broken”, so we intentionally surround ourselves with friends who cheer us on and encourage us to be our best. Simply put, you’ll never walk alone on your fitness journey at Creed. We go to great lengths to ensure that our members get the highest level of service possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't worked out in a LONG TIME. Am I even going to be able to complete your workouts?
Yes! Beginners and veterans workout alongside one another at every group workout. Our workouts are designed in a way that allows beginners to get started safely without jumping back on the fitness wagon too fast.
I'm worried about holding back the class because I'm so out of shape. Is that something I should be worried about?
Absolutely not. Everyone at Creed works through the workout at their own pace. When you begin, you will use less weight, move a little slower, and take more rest than our more experienced members. As your fitness level improves, you will get stronger and complete the workouts faster with less rest required. One of the biggest benefits of Creed is the encouraging atmosphere you’ll experience. You are cheered on whether you’ve been with us for 5 years or 5 days!
I've got some joint issues (knee, back, shoulder) that I'm worried about. What should I do?
Most of our members at Creed are between 30-55 years old. Not many 30-55 year olds out there DON’T have some type of joint issue. Our coaches receive extensive training on how to modify exercises so that each and every member gets a great workout while protecting their joints.
I'm thinking my eating habits are holding me back. Will you help me with nutrition?
Absolutely. Proper eating habits are crucial to getting in the best shape of your life. We will be with you every step of the way as we show you how to make small changes that result in HUGE transformations over time.
I am a runner. How can Creed benefit me?
Most runners make the same mistake – they neglect strength training! Strength training will not only help you to run faster times, but it will speed up your metabolism and give you a more toned/defined body that running alone cannot accomplish.
How many workouts per week do you recommend?
We believe that beginners should start with 3 days/week. Once you’ve been in the program for 2-3 months, we recommend bumping it up to 4 days/week. You’ll notice a trend at Creed – the most fit people in our gym workout 4 days/week. For a more detailed explanation, watch this video from our founder.
Price is a factor for me. Will I be able to afford Creed?
In the fitness industry, you get what you pay for. If you join a gym for $20-$50/month, the likelihood of success is less than 5%. Having a group of coaches and friends helping you succeed long term is invaluable. We are not the cheapest gym in town, but we offer the absolute best service, foster the most supportive community, and enjoy working hard to achieve a common goal. Together.
