Today I want to talk to you about the journey of fitness. It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey. Think about this. Let’s say you set a goal with a certain destination in mind and you reach it. What then? Do you just stop? Of course not. You’re going to keep working out, eating well, and doing the things that got you to reach that goal. I know it’s tough. It’s a journey and there are obstacles to navigate, but you just have to keep moving. If you fall off the horse, you just have to get back on the horse. That’s the way it works. It’s a journey, it’s not about the destination.
