Alex Rivera

Alex Rivera’s journey into the fitness industry began over a decade ago, fueled by a personal passion for sports and wellness. After completing his B.Sc. in Exercise Science, Alex gained valuable experience working in various roles within the fitness sector, from personal training to sports nutrition consulting. His commitment to continuous learning led him to acquire a prestigious CSCS certification, positioning him as a specialist in strength and conditioning. Alex’s approach is deeply rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring that Creed Fitness’s programs are not only effective but also safe and sustainable.
